At Person Centered Developmental Disabilities , our mission is to encourage, foster independence, establish and enhance the quality of life of our clients  with compassionate and personalized home health care services. 

Our Services

We believe that every individual has unique needs. At Person Centered Developmental Disabilities , we create customized care plans tailored specifically to each client, ensuring personalized attention and support. We offer assistance with ADLs, meal preparation /nutrition assistance, medication reminders, transportation assistance, companion care, mobility assistance and lighthouse keeping.

Our Caregivers

Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. They undergo rigorous training and background checks to ensure they are qualified to provide the care you need. To further ensure your safety and well-being, we have a registered nurse available 24 hours a day to address any emergency situations that may arise."
